Production timing

Since the majority of Led & Collared® products are customised and handmade, we aim to produce and dispatch your product/s within 1-5 business days from receipt of your order. If we anticipate delays beyond this timeframe, we’ll let you know.

Accepted payment methods

We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and JCB) and bank transfer. Bank transfer must be arranged via email. The name that will appear on the cardholder's bank statement is Led and Collared Limited. 

Currency and import duties

All priced are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD); and all sales transactions processed in NZD. We do not assume responsibility for any import duties, taxes or additional charges that may be incurred when posting internationally. 

Intellectual property and brand

Led and Collared Limited is a private limited company that trades under NZBN 9429050511419. Led & Collared® is a registered trade mark, which means you are not permitted to use or copy our brand name, logo or content.

Customer feedback

We are keen to receive reviews (good and bad) and constructive feedback on our products and service. We do however reserve the right not to post or share feedback that may be considered offensive or harmful to others.

Privacy

At Led & Collared® we are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. In general terms we define ‘personal information’ as any information that can be used to personally identify you. This may include your name, address, phone number and email. 

To provide our service, it is necessary for us to collect basic personal information about you and your animal/s (but rest assured that we do not hold payment related information such as credit card details). And to get your goodies to you quickly and safely, it’s necessary for us to provide your address and contact details to our couriers. Beyond our couriers, we commit not to share your personal information with any other third parties under any circumstances, unless required by law.

From time to time, we send out emails promotional emails to our customers, you are welcome to unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
