We're an online store only - but we ship locally and globally!
We use NZ Couriers to efficiently and safely deliver your goodies. For most places in New Zealand, delivery takes 1 working day from the date of dispatch (rural locations can take a little longer). Once dispatched, you will receive an email from NZ Couriers with your tracking number.
Shipping rates depend on the size of the parcel and your location - but generally range between $8 and $12 (shipping costs are calculated at checkout). We do not mark-up shipping rates to make a profit, we simply on-charge the cost from NZ Couriers.
We use DHL to efficiently and safely deliver your goodies. To ensure you get your goodies quickly, we offer express international shipping only. This means delivery takes between 2-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Our shipping rates depend on the the weight of the parcel. Once dispatched, you will receive an email from DHL with your tracking number. All orders are shipped from New Zealand.
At Led & Collared® we’re obsessed with getting it right. That’s why we offer a guarantee against any material defect or faulty construction. Outside normal wear and tear (and chewing), if anything goes wrong, we want to know about it so we can make it right. Within the first 6 months of use, we’ll replace any defective or faulty products without question.
This guarantee specifically excludes the following:

Orbiloc Safety Lights™ are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and technology, which is why Orbiloc offers a three-year warranty (on the electronics and lens). Accessories are not covered by the warranty. Other exclusions include normal wear and tear, oxidation, modifications or alterations, incorrect storage, poor maintenance, negligence, and using the Light for purposes for which it is not designed.
If your light is faulty, please email us and we’ll sort it out.
As the majority of Led & Collared® products are customised and individually made, we’re unable to accept returns and provide refunds in all circumstances. If you’re seeking a return or refund, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide a reason for wanting a return/refund. If we agree on a return, we'll provide a shipping address via email.
Please note that the original delivery costs are non refundable, but we will cover the cost of shipping if providing a replacement product.
Hand rinse with warm water and soap or gentle detergent, then wipe dry with a clean cloth or paper towel. Do not put in the washing machine. If your animal wears their gear to the beach, we recommend rinsing after each visit (and choosing the stainless steel or aluminum alloy hardware option).

Before first use, tighten the Orbiloc Safety Light™ with the service tool. If the Orbiloc Safety Light™ gets muddy or exposed to seawater, rinse the outside of the light with running fresh water while turning the mode selector ring. Do not open or disassemble while rinsing. Remove the battery pack for long-term storage, and store the batteries in a dry, well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight.

Wherever possible, we use natural, recyclable and compostable packaging materials. We generally only use plastic packaging for international parcels or if we’re reusing or recycling existing packaging.
